With the days getting warmer and nights getting longer Brix Bar and Dining Chef, Jay Sinclair has put together a Deluxe Banquet to get you outside enjoying some much-anticipated spring weather.

Designed to be shared but finished off at home, so you’ll have the best ‘at home’ restaurant experience possible.

All ingredients are sourced straight from our local suppliers to ensure you have the freshest ingredients possible when they hit your table.

1. Prawn + ginger dumplings with stir-fried noodles and peanut chilli oil
2. Red Pork Curry with rice
3. Paprikash Chicken with potatoes and green peas
4. Fettuccini Carbonara
5. Lemongrass Chilli Chicken with fragrant rice noodle salad
6. Beef + Black Bean with noodles
7. Puttanesca Pasta with roast caps, olives, capers, tomato basil sauce

DELUXE BBQ GOURMET BANQUET

500g King Island rib-eye steak with chimichurri and fresh lemon.

Whole Australian baby barramundi with chermoula, citrus and fennel salad with pomegranate sauce.

Chargrilled baby cos salad with tahini and dill dressing.

Pumpkin salad with a harissa dressing, cumin yoghurt, spiced chickpeas and dried cranberries.

Potato salad with charred spring onions and smoked paprika aioli.
